With this acquisition, ZehnTek broadens its enterprise networking, infrastructure security, and cloud expertise, adding specialization in Linux, AWS, and open-source technologies. BossNine Technologies customers gain access to ZehnTek’s extensive experience in Microsoft environments, security solutions, and automation-driven managed services platform, backed by a larger, more robust team.

Andrew Hoffmann
President & Chairman of the Board
Andrew Hoffmann is the founder of ZehnTek and serves as President & Chairman of the Board, having started the company in 2018 after compiling 20 years of experience in the IT solutions industry. Prior to ZehnTek, he served as the CEO for an enterprise network and security solutions Managed Service Provider. Earlier, Andrew worked as a leader in sales and executive management efforts for multiple IT firms, achieving results that led to both high growth and acquisition. Andrew’s career was jumpstarted by eight years of service in the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve, where he was a computer and communications systems operator. He studied computer science at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, where he met his wife. They currently live in Southborough, MA with their 2 children.Bill Fistori

Bill is an experienced C-Level executive, investor, and advisor with an established, 26-year career in the technology industry. A true entrepreneur and self-made leader, highly adept at identifying a company’s core strengths and talents to uncover B2B market opportunities that drive companies to the next level of performance. He has helped shape numerous technology services companies, accelerating revenue growth, driving operational excellence, and invigorating corporate cultures. Bill is also an advisor and investor in numerous startups and served as membership chairman of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, in Boston. Bill completed the Entrepreneurial Master’s Program, sponsored by MIT Sloan School of Management. Bill holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Charlton School of Business.
